Fill any flowable material

Clean fill valve bags may be used to fill just about every imaginable flowable material. From the smallest particle to the largest:

• Powders as small as 1 micron
• Flour mixes and coatings, spices and sugar
• Rock salt, calcium chloride
• Carbon black and pigments
• Pet foods, litter
• Portland cement, sand and concrete mixes, gypsum and pozzolan
• Fertilizer and soil additives
• Grains: rice, wheat, corn, beans, coffee, nuts, barley, etc.
• Dried food products like powdered milk
• Wood and rubber chips, wood pellets
• Charcoal

With a few system modifications and the use of the Clean-fill system, these applications will fill dust-free in seconds, faster than traditional paper and plastic valve bags. No matter what material you are filling, Clean-fill bags will palletize and stack two-three pallets high. They'll run through existing automatic palletizers with some minor adjustments. More important, bags fill faster and cleaner than traditional bags.
